Jacqueline deVilleneuve is a member of the Oregon Bar with experience as both a paralegal and licensed attorney. Her focus is fast-resolution legal services — insurance claims, demand letters, agreements, and consultations — for everyday people, not corporate clients.
She works directly with every client. No file routing. No "I'll have my associate get back to you." When you call Yours Truly, you get Jacqueline.

Ryken deVilleneuve — Operations
Ryken is the operations producer behind Yours Truly,. He brings two years of paralegal experience, a background in business administration from Oregon State University, and a strong technical practice — building the firm's case management software, website, and digital infrastructure.
He handles the systems work so Jacqueline can focus on clients.

We measure success by speed and clarity, not billable hours. The goal is to get you to the answer faster than a traditional firm — and at a price that makes legal help accessible, not aspirational.
Most legal problems don't need litigation. They need someone who knows what to say, when to say it, and who to say it to. Insurance adjusters listen differently when a lawyer's voice is on the phone.
